Meet Johanna Watson - Founder & Lead Coach
As an executive recruiter and proud mother of two student athletes, I've come to see these challenges up close. Over the past 15 years, I've had the pleasure of sitting down with thousands of candidates, hiring for both Fortune 500 companies and exciting startups. I understand exactly what employers are searching for, and I also see what schools often leave out.
Watching my own daughters and their teammates face the same struggles has been eye-opening. I’ve seen brilliant students who struggle with simple tools like a calendar, talented athletes who get nervous in interviews, and smart kids who seem to lack a clear sense of purpose.
It’s clear that schools focus on teaching calculus, but they rarely teach crucial skills like courage, confidence, or how to present yourself professionally.
